Getting Started is easy!

  1. Create a TRD account to access VRS.

    Register Here

  2. Download and complete the VRS Account Holder Agreement and Access Request form appropriate for your business type.

  3. Download and complete Addendum #1 of the VRS Account Holder Agreement.

  4. VRS Access will not be granted until the VRS Account Holder Agreement and Addendum #1 are completed and returned along with a copy of the current dealer license to:
